Randie Thompson has practiced ERISA and employee benefits law since 1999. Prior to establishing herself as a solo practitioner in 2006, Randie worked as an attorney for large corporate law firms in Washington, D.C., Tulsa, OK and Denver, CO. Randie's clients have included both for-profit and non-profit employers, tribal entities, professional employer organizations (PEOs) and association health plans (AHPs).

Randie has experience in advising employers and professional service firms on a wide range of employee benefit matters, with specialized expertise in health and welfare benefit arrangements. Randie has a B.A. in English Literature from Dartmouth College. She earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Randie also holds a Masters in Taxation Law, LLM, from the Georgetown University Law Center, where her coursework focused mainly on employee benefit matters. Based in Denver, CO,  Randie maintains an active attorney license in both Colorado and Oklahoma and represents clients across the country in employee benefit matters.
